On this Veteran’s Day, we remember the sacrifices of all our country’s veterans, where they gave everything to make the world a safer place for themselves, their families, and their fellow countrymen. So, here on the USS Mississinewa website and Facebook page, I’d like to take the time to thank all those USS Mississinewa veterans, along with those who supported them and keep their memories alive, i.e., their family members: wives, daughters, sons, nephews, nieces, and in come cases merely friends. The stories of Mississinewa and its crew are only made possible by the many who have shared them. Thanks for keeping them alive.
I urge you all to visit the Gallery Page tab (https://ussmississinewa.com/crew-photo-pages/) on the website to view those of the crew that have been identified there. If you can see anyone that you know that hasn’t been identified there, please let us know. Also, if you haven’t already done so, please take a look at the individual crew photos in the two videos on the You-Tube (PART 1 - Crewmen A thru G and PART 2 - Crewmen H thru Y)
